Luz, which means “light” in Portuguese, is a compact and affordable headlight from Spanninga, specially designed for everyday use. The Luz runs on batteries (3 × AAA).

The included stainless steel BH 190-1 bracket allows secure mounting on the front fork. The integrated reflector, sleek round design and IPX4 water resistance make this lamp ideal for city bikes and children’s bikes.

The Luz produces a bright beam of 10 lux. This makes you visible up to 1,500 metres. You yourself have a visibility of 30 metres. The lamp features a convenient battery charge indicator — when the warning light comes on, it’s time to replace the batteries.

This battery version of the Luz runs on 3 AAA batteries (included) and has a burn time of 13.5 hours.

The Luz headlight complies with German, French and Danish law. In addition, this version is certified according to the Dutch RAI Keurmerk Fietsverlichting (RKF).
